Lean quisine tortilla crusted tilapia with spicy cheesy rice (4 pts.) Take two one point cedars low carb wraps and devide the tilapia and rice between the two put some fresh cilantro in top if you have it. YUM and only 6 points on weight watchers.

i love having ground chicken in my freezer. then the night before i can put it in the fridge to thaw. put the whole package in a bowl mix some bread crumbs, salt and pepper. make into pattys. then grill. put cheese on top if youd like. yummy and healthy too! i make the whole package at once then eat one or two at atime with a fork and ketchup (although you might like it on a whole wheat bun or something). they keep for a few days.

Healthy Sandwich: Put in vegetables, e.g cucumbers, carrots, sweetcorn and other healthy things, avoid butter and cheese.
Fruit Salad: Pour some fruit juice into a bowl and chop up different kinds of fruits and put them in.

try to make your own quesdilla.
Its really easy and healthy too.
All you need to do is throw a tortilla on top of a frying pan, then and some grated cheese, then throw in some veggies!
Like I said, easy, healthy, and tasty!
