Chicken ****** with the seasoning natures seasoning on it is really good. I eat it for lunch when I’m on diets. You just sprinkle the seasoning on it and grill it, it’s really good.

Grill and bake your fish and chicken.
Eat vegetables.
Eat fruit.
Eat whole grain breads.
Drink plenty of liquids.
Rule of thinmb. If it grazes and does not grow out of the ground do not eat it.
When you eat eat in small portions three meals a day with snacks in between. Not: you should be eating every three hours.
You will be surprised at what it makes your metabolism do!

i like whole wheat wraps. they come with 8grams of fiber and u can put anything in yhem u want to. example: iuse lean hamburger, diced onion, cut up garlic, cut up bellpepper, tomatos, fresh jalapenos, lettuce. this is just 1 of mine. but u can use any type of meat like cut up chicken ******* or sausage. of course the fresher the veggies the better.

Always have fruit and fresh veggies in the refrigerator. The easiest to handle (as in no prep work) for fruits would be cherries, grapes, plums, nectarines, bananas and oranges. I don’t know if canteloupe is still available where you are, but I like to cut them up into bite size pieces and keep in ziplocks. I keep celery sticks, carrot sticks (or the mini carrots) and cucumber sticks ready to have with some homemade, low calorie dip/dressing. Whip up some cottage cheese, plain, low-fat yogurt and low calorie mayo with seasonings you like. It really makes things easier when you are armed with these things always handy. Best of luck!

Common sense in eating is the most effective way rather then having to diet. A variety of different foods daily is the best method and by not buying and over doing a tremendous meal. Substitute potato’s with rice at meals. (How many over-weight Asians have you ever seen?) I made a habit of learning how to cook when stationed in the Far East in different countrys and found it amazing and learned at the same time that their methods were not only great tasting but healthy too. My doctors are always amazed because my cholesterol is always in the same level (good) and it’s because I eat healthy. So my advice to you is to check out the cooking methods used in Asian countrys and eat right……. I did.
